Casey Owens helped me with my first home and I’m so glad he did! For being such a stressful process he made sure to put in the effort to make it as stress-free as possible. I was able to take my time and work at it with him at my pace and in the amount of free time that I had with no pressure. He was very calm and laid back about the whole process while still being very knowledgeable and educating me with what I needed to know along the way using language that I could understand. In the months-long process he never tried to force a sale nor did he waver from having my best interests in mind. He did his research on the market for me and was continuously providing me with options that suited my needs and also shying away from options that had a higher potential risk factor as a buyer. In the end we found what I was looking for and he continued to walk me through the next steps in the process from condo inspections to lawyers and right to moving in.
